Refund Policy

studio360 prides in its ability to deliver quality Photography and Videography services for our clients in Dubai and around the world. Our team are the best in the industry and ensure that even the most vague concepts and ideas of our clients are fully understood and realized so that it can be executed efficiently. However if a client does claim a refund for a down payment made for a project or service the following is our policy on this subject.

This documentation describes studio360 refund policy pertaining to the purchases done and orders placed through the company’s website. The refund policy can be modified by studio360 without any prior notice to their customers.

studio360 will not refund money after the purchase and download of Digital works except for rare situation mentioned below. Refunds will be made on a case by case basis depending on the particular situation with the customer. Please review our refund policy for each service we provide and ensure that you are familiar with our policy for the service you need prior to booking.


All Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 


Non-Refundable Fees for Photography & Videography Services

Advance Payment / Booking fee – At the time of booking, an advance payment of AED 500 have to be made to secure the slot. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. A client can reschedule the booking for a date in the next 2-months. studio360 will not be obliged to hold the booking commitment beyond that.

Session Fee – This fee refers to the shoot fee for that particular session for a customer after a particular concept has been ordered and discussed. Depending on the type of shoot, the fee will vary from AED 350 – AED 1000 or more and is not considered as a part of the fee to be refunded.

Editing Fee – This fee is related to the edit and retouch costs associated to a photo or video. If the photo and/or video was done after receiving a go-ahead from the Customer,  then this fee will be deducted from the total project fee and will not be considered refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by studio360.   



We will consider special refund request of our clients and will evaluate the percentage of refund for each case separately. Situations where the client is not happy with the concepts that were presented to them even after extended deliberations with the client and where the client was clear about what they were looking for, studio360 will refund part of the money that was paid by the client while placing the order. The percentage of refund will be decided by studio360 and this would vary according to project difficulty, person hours spend on the related work, etc. However, these grievances should be explicitly conveyed before the delivery of the final goods.

Clients who change the requirement or concept mid way through the implementation of a project will be billed for the hours spend on the previous defunct concept. No refund will be done for the payments for the order in this case. Moreover the client will send a new billing rate based on the complexity of the new concept. We advice our client’s to avoid these situations.


These conditions hold value only if the project is less than 50% complete. Any claims for refunds otherwise will not be entertained.


For all other projects that studio360 undertake and have not been separately mentioned in the refund policy, refunds on down payment will be provided based on the project. studio360 will have sole discretion on whether the client is refunded for orders placed and the percentage that’s refunded.


Cancellation Policy –

Customer can cancel their order within 5 hours from when the payment confirmation has been sent. Payment confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Refunds will be made via the same payment mode that was used originally by the Customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.



Any claim to negate credit card payment will investigated and the amount refunded if found valid. Any fraudulent claim will result in legal action being sorted against the offending individual or company and the case will be reported to credit card services which would harm the offender’s credit history.


Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Refund policy at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the “last updated” date of the policy. If there are material changes to this statement we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes here or on our home page. We encourage you to review this policy whenever you visit
