Do I need an appointment?
Yes. It is advised to call before you come and book a time slot for you. We may have many things happening at the Dubai studio on any particular day. From Professional Headshots, casual Family Portraits to Fashion Portfolio photo shoots.
Can you do Corporate Portraits at our Office location?
Yes we can do this too. However it falls under a different package so as to cover our commute and setup costs. It would be best to contact us so that we can understand your requirement completely.
I would like to have a Professional Portrait for a Magazine Feature. Could you help me with this request?
We have done several Portrait sessions for Executives, CEOs and Directors in Dubai that are featured as Magazine Covers or Press articles. Contact us today so we can help you with the right package.
What if I need additional pictures apart from the ones included in my package?
Sure. You can order additional photos from your session. Price per picture is AED200.
Can I have the pictures on the same day?
The unedited selected pictures can be taken on the same day. However, there are standard processing times for edits and retouch based on the package you have chosen. Urgent processing is available at an additional feel of AED200/picture. This is the rush fee for your order and you can get images on the same day or early next morning.
Do you have Suits or Wardrobe in your studio?
No sorry. It is always better for you to arrange your own outfits that fits you and suits your color preference.
Can I split a session in 2 or more days?
Sorry. Our rates have been optimized based on photography session times. It cannot be split across multiple days. This is applicable to both Studio and On-Location shoots.
Can I split a single package among friends or colleagues?
Unfortunately this is not possible either. Each package has been optimized to cater to the needs of an individual. This includes understanding what they need, getting them comfortable for the session and going through the images to make a selection.
Do you provide edits on the pictures with unlimited revisions?
The package includes basic edits that includes minor color and lighting correction, natural skin color correction. etc. We understand that each individual have different preferences, so at the end of every session, we ask what kind of edit would they prefer. Some are fine with being natural edits and some require heavy edits. Advanced Beauty edit is available at an additional charge of AED200. If they require revisions beyond what was asked for initially, it would be billed additional based on the time taken.
What is Beauty or High end Retouch? How does it differ from basic retouch?
Beauty retouch is where each detail of the portrait is assessed and cleaned up. Down to the pores on your face. These are a great option if you are going to be featured in a Magazine which requires High resolution closeup picture of you.
Do you provide all the pictures from the session or RAWs?
No sorry. Only the final edited pictures are handed over to the Client as per the selected package. You can order additional pictures for a fee.
Do you accept payment by Card?
Yes we do accept Mastercard and Visa as a form of payment at the Studio or Online.
Do the price shown on this page include VAT?
Yes all packages shown here is inclusive of VAT.
